VidSys Names Dave Bartolini as Vice President of Engineering;
Former Invento Networks and Lucent Technologies Professional brings over 15
years of engineering experience
ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 2006--VidSys, Incorporated
(VidSys), developer of mission-critical video management and distribution
solutions, including VidShield, VidPhone, and Intelligent Traffic Management
System (ITMS), is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Bartolini as
Vice President of Engineering.
As Vice President of Engineering, Dave will be
responsible for managing VidSys' skilled R&D team and guiding the
company's technology development and commercialization of VidSys' video
management software. Dave's role will be to ensure that VidSys continues to
provide and develop the most advanced, easy-to-use, cost-effective video
management solutions.

Dave brings over 15 years of executive leadership

acquired by Lucent Technologies, and Director of Network Management at Chipcom
Corporation which was acquired by 3Com Corporation. He is a graduate of the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
