(CTI), a leading systems engineering provider that provides advanced technology solutions to both the public and private sectors.  As part of the agreement, Coleman will have a dedicated sales team responsible for offering the Coleman Incident Response System (CIRS), which leverages the VidSys PSIM software as the common operating platform for situation management.
